Storybook - Chickie and the Storm (Part 1)

I had a great time working with huiting, gwen, jasmine and zhenyang for our e-book project.

During our first meeting, we came up with a few different stories.
1) Old Folks' Home
2) Do Not Wander Alone
3) Always Listen to your Elders
4) Appreciate your Elders

After much discussion, we settled on 3) Always Listen to your Elders.
Reasons being:
- able to show the contrast between Chickie and his friends
- able to show how much grandpa Roost loves Chickie despite his naughty acts
- to educate the children about kinship
- able to teach children to learn from their mistakes and its never to late to change/turn back to your elders

we felt that this story is able to entertain, educate and attract children, thus it was our finalized story.
We came up with the story outline and we split our work into 2 parts. The script and the illustrations. We decided to make the script rhyme so that it will facilitate reading for the children. we also come to a consensus, to add vocabulary in our story so that children can learn some words from our story book.
